Kilkari Bihar Bal Bhawan is an organization committed to empowering children aged 8 to 16 by offering free vocational training in a variety of fields such as arts, science, creative writing, and sports. The aim is to help children discover and nurture their hidden talents during their formative years. Through these activities, Kilkari fosters holistic development, enhancing both their skills and self-confidence.

Kilkari offers over 20 exciting activities for kids, from drama and dance to sports and arts. Open for ages 8-14, with flexible registration, especially for girls. The process of getting enrolled in Kilkari is very simple.

To encourage greater involvement in Kilkari's activities, several children’s committees have been established. Each committee holds monthly meetings with its members, based on the nature of their work.

Summer Camp, Children’s Day and Kilkari Foundation Day are the main events organized by Kilkari Bihar Bal Bhavan. There are also other occasional events held all year round.

Kilkari has earned national and international recognition across a wide range of fields. Its achievements include setting records in the Limca Book of Records, securing patents in science, excelling in acting and filmmaking, and winning numerous accolades in sports and the arts. Additionally, Kilkari’s students have been honored with prestigious scholarships and awards, such as the CCRT, Eklavya Prakashan, Bihar Khel Samman, and the Prime Minister’s National Bal Puraskar.

Kilkari nurtures creativity through publications and media. It publishes Bal Kilkari magazine, children’s books like Dhamachowkri and Atkan Matkan, educational guides, and visual narratives. Additionally, Kilkari produces short films, documentaries, and audio-visual content, empowering children to express themselves through writing, storytelling, and artistic exploration.

Kilkari has introduced several innovative initiatives to foster the all-round development of children and will continue to do so in the future. Our vision is to adopt new training methods that prevent traditional approaches from becoming outdated. To further promote innovation, Kilkari rewards its trainers with the Best Innovative Trainer Award.
